The Villa
Welcome to our luxury holiday villa, where modern comfort, premium amenities, and the natural beauty of northern Croatia come together.
Situated at 318 metres above sea level, at the highest point of the Municipality of Cestica, the villa offers panoramic views of rolling hills, vineyards, and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. Located next to one of the famous panoramic swings of the North Zagorje Tourist Board, it is the perfect place for relaxation, privacy, and enjoying nature.
Carefully designed with great attention to detail, the villa spans 217 m² and accommodates up to eight guests. It features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, an elegant dining area, comfortable living spaces, five large TVs, a private wine cellar, and a wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, spacious sun terraces, lounge areas, and peaceful countryside views.
The villa comfortably accommodates six guests in three elegant bedrooms, with additional sleeping arrangements available for two more guests, allowing a total capacity of eight guests (6+2).

A special focus on accessibility
A special focus has been placed on accessibility. The villa is thoughtfully adapted for guests with reduced mobility and wheelchair users, including an accessible entrance, adapted indoor spaces, bathrooms with accessible showers and toilets, safe movement throughout the house, and an outdoor ramp connecting the terrace and pool area.
